Don't fail the deploy on invalid API keys or invalid application names
Description
When running a deploy, I'd like my deploy to continue successfully even if my API key is incorrect or if the application name is incorrect. When adding this task, our deploys always fail the first time because the app doesn't exist in NR yet and it's causing a lot of confusion. Please log a warning message and pass the deploy.
