  1. Sign up for a cloudfoundry.com or AppFog account so that you can deploy applications.
  2. Install the Atlassian SDK.
  3. Checkout the source code.
  4. Startup Bamboo by running atlas-run in the project's base directory.
  5. Configure a Target.
  6. Deploy an app.
