Stackato 2.8 Authorization Issues

CFBAMBOO-4 - Getting issue details... STATUS

Stackato 2.8 introduced a new authorization system that wasn't compatible with all the standard Cloud Foundry APIs. See http://support.activestate.com/node/9600.  ActiveState issued a patch to fix the issue.  This patch must be applied to use Stackto 2.8 clouds.

Application Statistics Gadget doesn't display metrics for apps deployed to Stackato and AppFog

Uhuru appears to have a custom authentication scheme that isn't compatible with the standard APIs.
